Managing Director

KT See is the Managing Director and corporate leader of Envision Asia. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sunderland and brings extensive leadership experience across technical solution development, commercial strategy and Project Management Consultancy (PMC). At the helm of the company, he applies deep mechanical and ACMV industry knowledge to guide executive decision-making and business operations. His comprehensive understanding of asset lifecycles allows him to unite clients, consultants and project teams under a shared vision — combining engineering intelligence with sharp commercial acumen so the firm consistently delivers robust, cost-effective and high-performing management solutions across every development.

Kenny Fang 彭志辉

Technical Director

Kenny serves as our Technical Head, bringing more than 20 years of comprehensive MEP engineering and project management experience to our PMC framework. He provides strategic technical leadership, overseeing the entire engineering lifecycle — from initial design coordination and system optimisation to final testing, commissioning and maintenance strategy. He has established a proven track record of engineering governance on mission-critical data centres and complex commercial developments, pioneering practical, innovative solutions that enhance system performance and long-term maintainability. By expertly managing the coordination between consultants, contractors and architectural teams, Kenny ensures all technical execution adheres to the highest industry standards, programme timelines and budgetary parameters.

Simon Wong 黄智豪

Project Director

Simon leads our business development and client relationship management, backed by more than 10 years of commercial experience in the M&E sector. He holds a qualification in Business Management and Administration from London Metropolitan University, giving him a strong foundation in corporate governance, stakeholder coordination and financial planning. He specialises in high-level client management and stakeholder alignment, bridging communication between clients, consultants and suppliers. His expertise in procurement, tendering and value engineering ensures client investments are fully optimised, and his leadership is central to nurturing key corporate accounts and driving sustainable business partnerships.

Harry How Yong 欧阳芃臣

Associate Director

Harry serves as a core operational anchor for the firm, offering a distinct blend of mechanical engineering expertise and comprehensive experience across the M&E consultancy and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) sectors. He specialises in the successful management and execution of complex commercial buildings and advanced data centre infrastructure. His competencies span the entire project lifecycle — from design review and MEP coordination to construction oversight and final delivery. Backed by exhaustive knowledge of critical systems including HVAC, plumbing and fire protection, Harry combines sharp technical acumen with strong client-side leadership, ensuring efficient stakeholder coordination, robust problem-solving and the consistent realisation of project objectives.
